Past Cure Demo Impression – Get This Game

There are a lot of games planning to launch in February 2018, but there’s one that’s a gem to place on your radar, Past Cure. Developed by Phantom 8 Studios, Past Cure looks to be a psychological action-adventure with plenty of puzzles and mysterious creatures that wait. At least that’s the heart of the demo, courtesy of the Phantom 8.

Without giving much away you play as Ian, a soldier that was tortured for three years, now searching for the people who tormented him with the help of his brother Markus. The demo allowed us to manipulate time when in combat and utilize telekinesis to help find a way through and around contraptions. But even more thrilling Past Cure tempted players to face their fears, unsure of what lies behind every corner, and at another time in-game lets you kick down doors and take out the bad guys.

Adrenaline and pills are what pushes Ian, at least from what we’ve seen in the demo, reminding me of Max Payne. But there’s only one way to know for sure, be sure to pick up Past Cure February 23, 2018 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. You don’t want to miss it!
