Murdered: Soul Suspect Drops Dead in 2014

Square Enix appears to have their hands busy on a new ip. The game, based on the teaser trailer (below), shows a man dressed somewhat like a gangster, falling to his death faster than he could blink. This game is called Murdered: Soul Suspect.
