Fortnite Newest Update – Ready Player 2 with Split Screen
Starting today, it appears the Fortnite community are about to become a little closer. If you’re wondering how they can tie everything closer than they already have. Countless times, all in my household, I’ve seen my son play on his PS4 with a friend on his Nintendo Switch and another on a mobile device. And yep, even my daughter chimed in on her Xbox One, proving how consistent gameplay is across the board as they claimed a victory royale.
However today, a new patch for Fortnite has arrived allowing Split Screen. Yes, you’ve read it right. The old saying of two heads being better than one is about to be contested on a single console, just in time for Christmas. Even more intriguing, with two consoles in the house and four controllers, you can all squad up on Xbox One and PlayStation.
+The feature is not supported on PC, Mobile or Nintendo Switch. Uncertain if this is for the moment or a console exclusive feature. Either way, there’s about to be a few more pickaxes swinging around.
