WWE Tap Mania Announced by SEGA

WWE and SEGA are coming together to release a new mobile game currently titled WWE Tap Mania. It’s both an interesting and scary thought to see everything hit Android and iOS over the last few years with WWE, though it has been a success for the most part. Considering WWE Super Card and WWE Champions are a huge win with plenty of in-game purchases which of course is a 1-2-3 for WWE. Even WWE Immortals proved to be a great game. But what exactly is Tap Mania?

“We are always looking to engage our global fan base in new and exciting ways,” said Casey Collins, WWE Executive Vice President, Consumer Products. “Partnering with industry leader SEGA is a great opportunity for us to continue our mobile game strategy while bringing in new fans with WWE Tap Mania.”

I only hope the WWE gets this one right as it slightly feels to be a bit of potential lack to the console fans of WWE titles. With an amazing corporation owning sports entertainment, movies and partnering with SEGA and 2K, we can only question from here what’s next!
