If you ask almost anyone if their familiar with any of the Lego series titles like Lego Harry Potter, Lego Indiana Jones, Lego Batman or the previously released Lego Marvel Superheroes, not only will you receive confirmation but you see a grin from the lasting impression from these insane releases.

It’s by far one of the most loved toys from the adult’s childhood and the most astonishing interactive adventure for the youth of today. So when you place over 90 Lego superheroes together for an action-packed adventure, it’s a genuine amount of fun, especially when you’ve no clue what you’re capable of.

If you’re wondering how this could be possible you play as the Lego protagonist, Emmet. Emmet is a guy that can do no wrong unless it’s by his own flaws. He’s simply a happy guy that enjoys living his happy, everyday life. At least until he’s mistaken as the one guy that could solely save the world.

The Lego Movie Videogame is a 4 player drop-in/drop-out that allows you to never play alone; but instead, take on the world with friends and family. Be forewarned, if you plan on watching the movie do so now! Actual clips are displayed during the viewing and follows incredibly close to the movie.

The Lego world is stunningly created brick by “lego brick with plenty of puzzles, things to break apart and creations to build. Take control of the character wheel and playing as multiple players will happen quite often as Emmet can’t do it all on his own. Some master builders will need to step in, some characters are more agile.

It’s absolutely like the theme, everything is awesome! There is so much to unlock from heroes to friends to new clothes and much more. I never expected to be sucked into the Lego Movie as I did, especially with this being my first Lego videogame ever. As the story progressed I found myself not wanting to put my controller down!

Stunning graphics, or should I say a well-constructed Lego atmosphere kept me wanting to explore. Voiceovers are still Morgan Freeman, Will Farrell and the original cast from the movie, making the presentation equally as entertaining.

I highly recommend all fans of the Lego series to pick up The Lego Movie Videogame. As the slogan says, everything is awesome!
