Over at Cologne, Germany’s Gamescom, DICE and EA revealed Battlefield 4 Premium. This exclusive membership, which Battlefield 3 also had, was met with substantial fan praise so it’s no surprise to see the return of Premium for Battlefield 4. Premium grants players early access to 5 expansion packs: Battlefield 4 China Rising, Second Assault, Naval Strike, Dragon’s, and Final Stand. Players that pay the $50 for Premium are granted two weeks early access to all aforementioned content, new weekly content, and personalized options. But why look at boring texts when you can have the guys at DICE tell you how amazing Premium will be!
If your trigger finger is getting that certain itch, the Battlefield 4 Multiplayer Beta will be available early October for Battlefield 3 Premium owners and those who have purchased the Limited Edition of Medal of Honor Warfighter first. After three days the beta will be available worldwide for all who wish to participate.
Battlefield 4 is slated to release on October 29th for PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360. The next-gen versions will be available at a later date, but if you want to pick up Battlefield 4 the day it comes out along with Premium, you can transfer your membership to next-gen for no extra charge!
