Microsoft Studio’s and Xbox Live are bring us all of this Springs highly anticipated Arcade games with “Arcade next”. Arcade next is an Xbox Live promotion featuring some of the most most discussed titles. Beginning April 18th a Microsoft Studio’s title will be releasing every Wednesday until May 9th.
April 18th – Trials Evolution (Publisher: Microsoft Studios; Developer: Ubisoft/RedLynx)
Trials Evolution is rated E10+ and will be available for 1200 MSP. It is said to be the next dimension of the award-winning hit Trials HD. You will no longer find yourself in the warehouse but an outdoor world. You can build your own tracks with an in game editor or download tracks made by others from the “Track Cenral”; an all new feature in Trials. You can also customize your bike and rider and so much more.
April 25th – BloodForge (Publisher: Microsoft Studios; Developer: Climax)
Bloodforge is rated M for Mature and will be available for 1200 MSP. With a brutal combat system, stunning art, and compelling story you will find yourself literally empowered to slaughter hordes of demonic soldiers, gods and worshippers. You will be able to use rage kills, rune attacks and weapon combos. “Help seal Crom’s fate in this dark, visceral story of revenge, betrayal, and destiny”.
May 2nd – Fable Heroes (Publisher: Microsoft Studios; Developer: Lionhead Studios)
Fable Heroes is rated E for everyone and will be available for only 800 MSP. It will deliver a fresh new take on the Fable franchise with unique art and gameplay. Up to 4 players will be able to work together to fight enemies all while competing to collect gold and level up. Gold is precious as it can be imported to the next Fable title available for the Kinect, Fable: The Journey.
May 9th – Minecraft XBOX 360 EDITION (Publisher: Microsoft Studios; Developer: 4J Studios/Mojang)
Minecraft is rated E for everyone and will be available for 1600 MSP. Yup that is right you will soon be getting global phenomenon PC title on your console. In the console version you will be presented with not only online multiplayer but also split-screen. This console version will feature an innovative NEW crafting interface, natural controller movements and a tutorial mode to help you learn the basics.
Along with these Microsoft Studio Titles and also beginning in April all new Xbox Live Arcade games will include up to 30 achievements and 400 gamer score.
