Xbox owners got to get their hands on the latest DLC pack first for Treyarch’s Call of Duty: Black Ops II. But now PlayStation and PC players will soon get their chance as Vengeance will be available on August 1st, 2013. Take a tour around the world to visit exotic locales and stand off against the undead in the newest Zombies experience with “Buried” where the long past residence of an Old West mining town will chomp on the flesh of all who trespass to reclaim their home.
Call of Duty: Black Ops II Vengeance brings you four new maps to frag each other in:
- Cove: In the middle of the Indian Ocean, on a small isolated island, players will duke it out amongst the wreckage of broken planes and jets that have crash-landed during a smuggling operation gone wrong.
- Detour: High above an East Coast waterway, a destroyed suspension bridge packed with wrecked cars, exposed iron and collapsed pavement, player will go head-to-head on multiple levels.
- Rush: There’s no paintballs used in this paintball course. Fast-paced, close-quarters action gives player new opportunities to use the course’s cover to their advantage.
- Uplink: This re-imagining of the fan-favorite “Summit” will have you clashing within the rain-soaked jungles of Myanmar atop a hi-tech mountain facility.
And continuing to expand the Zombies story world, “Buried” lets players meet up with the four survivors of Tranzit as they come across the undead townsfolk of an abandoned subterranean mining town. Use the plentiful array of weapons at your disposal to eradicate the undead and if that’s not enough there is also a new toy for you to play with – a weapon so incredible that it can be used in all other Zombies maps (with the purchase of Vengeance DLC) – the Ray Gun Mark II!
Call of Duty: Black Ops II Vengeance DLC Pack will be available al a carte for $14.99 or download for Season Pass holders. Call of Duty: Black Ops II is required to play Vengeance.
